Medicare & Diabetes FAQ's

How often does Medicare pay for a new Glucose Meter?

Answer

retro_didget_glucose_meterMedicare will pay for a new glucose meter every 5 years. Although some companies will upgrade customers to a new meter at little or no charge for the meter.

Contact Us to see what offers are available to you. We typically have offers going separate from the Medicare Part B and health insurance coverage; further savings can be passed on to your initial order and long term costs.

Also compare glucose meters to see what device you would prefer. If anything, gather up a few ideal meters in a list and we can go over the advantages and disadvantages with you. Once you have submitted your form, we call back anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours on typical work days. During that time, feel free to flip through our many pages filled with diabetes information.
