The Accu-Chek Aviva Test Strips use a tiny blood sample of .6 microliters and return results almost instantly, within 5 seconds. As member of the Aviva kit, they received an  Arthritis Foundation’s Ease-Of-Use Commendation along with other Aviva products. Not many diabetic products have had the privilege of this status and therefore you can assume your in good hands using the Accu-Chek Aviva Test Strips. To insure of the accuracy, your test strips come with a code chip to stick into your glucose meter for every test strip vial. This allows for lab accuracy not capable in on-site coding, though we are getting close with new technologies.
